In Connecticut:

  • Rochambeau Trail – Follow the historic march route through Connecticut as French troops aided American forces in the final stages of the war.
  • Nathan Hale Homestead – Explore the life and legacy of Connecticut’s state hero.
  • Lebanon Green – A key planning site for Revolutionary leaders, including George Washington. Best known for its connection with the Revolutionary War effort, Lebanon was the home of Jonathan Trumbull, the only colonial governor to support rebellion against England. Trumbull led Connecticut’s mobilization of men and provisions from the War Office located at the edge of the green.
